Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of The Front Foot Dossier from Front Foot Prep. By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you’re buying
The Front Foot Dossier is a bespoke, research-based interview-preparation document prepared for a specific role and interview. The price is $99 AUD. We aim to deliver a complete dossier delivered within 24 hours of receiving the required inputs. The turnaround clock starts when we have received the required inputs from you (the job ad, your CV or LinkedIn, and your exact interview date, time, and timezone). If your interview is very close, we may need to confirm we can deliver in time before starting, or offer you a refund.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate inputs. The quality of your dossier depends on the accuracy and completeness of what you send us.
- Keep your dossier link private. It is prepared for you alone; please don’t share or republish it.
- Use the dossier to prepare for your own interview — not to misrepresent your experience or qualifications.
What the dossier is — and isn’t
The dossier is preparation support: research, framing, model answers, and practice material. It is not a guarantee of any outcome. We don’t control interview panels or hiring decisions, and we make no promise that you will be offered a role. Model answers are starting points to adapt in your own words and grounded in your real experience.
Intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your dossier for your own interview preparation. We retain ownership of our templates, methods, and the underlying format. Publicly cited sources belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Please don’t attempt to access dossiers that aren’t yours, probe or disrupt our systems, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Refunds
If we can’t deliver against our turnaround for reasons on our side, or if you’re genuinely unhappy with the work, contact hello@frontfootprep.com and we’ll make it right — including a refund where appropriate. A refund ends your access to the dossier, and your inputs are then deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
